Dates are secured upon receipt of a signed contract and $50 deposit.
In-person consultations are not required: All programming and planning is done conveniently over the phone or through email.
Requests for music not listed above or on Diana's
Repertoire and Audio page will be honored if a legal edition of the song(s) arranged for harp can be obtained. Requests must be made at least 30 days in advance of the event.
Full length recordings are not available at this time.
Diana arrives at all weddings approximately one hour before Prelude music begins to move the harp into place and tune. She is available during that time to speak with the wedding coordinator, officiant, or other designated person in charge of the processions.
Outdoor weddings require:
An inclement weather contingency plan and/ or alternate location: The harp will not remain outside in the event of rain, strong winds, or other conditions that pose a risk to the instrument.
A flat, stable, and easily accessible surface measuring at least 3' x 5'.
A fully shaded area for the harp.
